Living up to your handle with this post.
Kirby was at his school this morning too.
Honestly wish I would’ve visited there in high school because it would’ve been in my top 3. That said I married into a family with 3 IU alums and have 2 close friends that went there. Got to enjoy some of the scene albeit over a decade ago now.
Everyone I know from IU is great and successful in their own right with great networks(they draw a lot from the east coast and Chicago). Solid choice for your child, best of luck!
My FiL has been a season ticket holder since the 70’s. I’ll ask him again, he knows his history, but I don’t think he’d be mad at the son for leading us to prosperity.
How the hell is this getting so many down votes!?
Wypler played lights out in the back end of the season and Center is a crucial spot… PJJ didn’t play well against scUM, kind of made up for it against UGA… he’ll be a good pro but that’s not the topic here
I listened to Paul after about 3 minutes of game time.
I’m willing to bet that our OL actually improves next year. I like a lot of the younger guys better. Losing Wypler hurts the most.
Not all of us, I wish him well and thank him for his time but Fryar should’ve been in there.
Not knowing her exact budget I would go to Carmax or look for a good certified preowned from a dealer(harder because minivans aren’t as popular). I’d recommend a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey and she’ll drive those for another 20+ years. I believe both are available in an AWD which may be appealing in the winter and give you piece of mind.
Coach Ryan is the GOAT… have had the pleasure of interacting with him and his family a few times since he’s been around, just a wholesome, humble person…
A lot of Buckeyes within 3.5 hours considering HHI, Greenville, SC & Charlotte all lie in close distance to that radius. I live in Savannah and am about 3.5 door to door from the stadium.
No but just like a boss should not manage all his subordinates similarly and a teacher shouldn’t teacher every kid similarly… Day needs to find that sweet spot with this team, the country club atmosphere and the like that we're hearing about now is not what the TEAM needs… he needs to give Mick the green light to push these guys to their limits, team sports build a lot of character while still helping folks like Miller… he’s got to find that where the Yin and Yang lie because honestly we haven’t seen it for two years… go back to the guys literally quitting the program during a game… he needs to right the ship and doing it in a soft manner will not and arguably has not worked
Ever think Mariottis approach may not mesh with Days? Clearly Mick’s is better because kids looked different when urban was here… Dawand didn’t look like he was with Mick from the Urban days in my opinion, he had those guys chiseled… maybe this goes against Days mental health awareness approach, just a thought
Half of Bluffton & Hilton Head is Ohio transplants, there isn’t a place big enough!
Across the river in Savannah, Tacos & Tequila’s owner is an OSU Alum and Donatos franchisees are Ohio people as well. There is also a pretty prominent Ohio State flag on a home at Whitaker & Jones.
Savannah, GA
You could tell they have protocols; there were 3 players entering with MSU and 2/3 stopped and waited. The one who got beat up was hopping around and cut right into the middle of MSU. Harbaughs comments during the presser were laughable, but typical of scUM.
Look at the second video… 3 scUM players were entering the tunnel with MSU, 2/3 stopped and waited and one continued hopping around after a big W and you know he was talking… but to call it assault and get the authorities involved, GTFO
I know they play deep into games, what I don’t like is seeing either one on special teams in the 4th with the game in hand. That’s a problem because they get all the reps.
Came here to say this exact same thing… that was entirely on CJ
Props to Palaie for sticking it out… really feels like he could have Justin Hilliard-esque finish to his career
They released a ton of their top round talent this year, same with the Raiders. New regimes and unrealized expectations made this off season a bumpy one for a lot of young guys in the league.
Salem isn’t completely wrong, but I think LeBron respects Gene Smith a ton and it will be a non issue because the understanding will be from the jump that he’s one and done. Plus LeBron will be doing his job at the same time the season is going on.
That’s at every game, rules are very different. Official visits have guidelines, just about anyone can “visit” as long as they’re invited. Officials you get alone time and meals, etc. Unofficials you get a ticket at will call and a hand shake, that’s about it.
