Who is he going to go to, he already plays 11 guys

When the season started, I think we all knew this team wouldn't win the B1G but we all expected them to be middle of the pack, make the tourney and have an early exit.  Even that is out this year.  The team is not listening to him...anyone notice how long it tool them to respond when he told them to foul at the end?   

Most coaches recruit guys that they think will play in their system.  Since there is no system, how does he recruit?  He recruits guys that all play the same game and obviously doesn't think big men are worth recruiting.  

It's frustrating and there doesn't seem to be any hope that it will turn around.  Last year it was because of all the guys that were hurt.  This year, it started out with they're young, they need time to gel.  Well, the easiest part of the B1G schedule is now behind us and none of us see any sign of hope.
