Social Reactions: Revenge is a Dish Best Served Maybe Not Quite This Cold

Revenge is actually more of a dish best served at just above room temperature, depending on how petty the revenge that you're trying to exact actually is. Big time Inigo Montoya-level stuff: okay fine, wait half a lifetime if needed, that six-fingered man is going to pay.

But five years is altogether far too long to have to wait to kick a football team in the shins. Yes, this rematch was delayed by COVID, and no, Ohio State fans probably don't think too much about the Hawkeyes when not actively fuming about 55-24, but in my humble opinion the Big Ten as a conference needs to give priority to rematches based entirely on how angry one team is about the outcome of the previous game.

Regardless, shins were kicked on Saturday. I feel pretty good about that.

THE TEAM

THE ALUMNI

THE REST

And that'll do it, next week is a spooktacular matchup against the fictional Nittany Lions of Penn State. See you then.
