This is about the thousandth time a bureaucrat has created some bullshit coalition for racism (or whatever the issue of the day is). It’s what bureaucrats do. The problem is racism is a “heart” problem. As such, it will not be solved with more bureaucracy, more legislation, more money, or more anything. No one is born a racist, they’re taught to be a racist. Only when adults stop teaching children racism will it stop. Unfortunately, a million coalitions will never affect what racists teach their children in the privacy of their homes.

Gus Johnson and Joel Kmart are great for sure, but I think my favorite broadcast team in recent years was Brad Nessler / Todd Blackledge before they were split up. I like Herbie as well although he seems to go out of his way to appear objective

Meh. Good is the enemy of Great. As much as I disdain Bama & Saban you have to give him credit. While we were told an experienced starter wouldn’t be replaced with a freshman gunslinger, Saban did just that en route to a National Championship. Hopefully Urban learned something

Ironically I attended that game. My dad was stationed there and I had the opportunity to attend home games, which helped develop my love for college football. Lots of tradition on the banks of the Hudson!
