For your surgery did you repair the labrum or replace it? My "hobby" is mountaineering. I can run 5 miles with my current injury but 1st surgeon said if I keep going on it I will risk needing hip replacement and I'm only 45 so that would likely need re-replaced by 65 etc. My return to fitness goal is pretty high - I need to be able to hike 15 mi carrying 50lbs and over 9000ft elevation gain in a day. I'm just concerned I never get back to this level of fitness.

Very grateful for CJ and excited to see his continued growth and success
Well I said this last year, but you'd sure think this hit to the pride balls will motivate us for next trip to Ann Arbor.
Forgot about that but good point!
I suspect we'll be punished for losing head to head with TTUN.
The wounds this year are especially deep. Next years team, I hope, feels an ounce of my bitter rage and channels it into redemption. But...we said that last year and rolled over for Harbaugh... so clearly my feelings don't represent everyone's ;-)
Maybe as pregame motivational speakers next year, Day needs to bring in the most pathetic bitter riled up fanboys so they can see what has become of us.
Link isn't working but I'd like to find it again. That quote is disgusting.
Also - how IS he? I've been hoping not only for retribution but an update on his recovery (as well as Williams and Stover among others). Call me old fashioned but I worry about the kids.
I agree I saw improvement in some areas this year - I want to see Knowles make some position coach changes (show me you have the balls to replace what needs replacing) and I want to see what one more year brings before I make up my mind about him. If no changes are made this off season I will be very concerned. I want leadership and ownership from him.
Nice!!
Not from me. I like Ryan Day a lot - I think we are lucky as hell to have him. Maybe I'll change my mind but for now I'm pleased.
He would go down as a legend that's for sure but he could also go down with a career ending injury. He gone. Next man up.
I'm open to some house tidying this year particularly with the cornerbacks coach. It was painful to watch all year.
Yeah we've all be expecting it for a few years now and after the last couple years...I think it's time. Mad respect for him but it's time.
Kickers miss kicks, receivers drop balls, running backs trip, quarterbacks fumble...it happens. Everyone including Georgia knows if you win by less than 6 you kinda won by as much luck as talent. As I recall we lost the coin toss in the beginning, so I think this loss was pretty much a coin toss loss at the end.
I'm way more worried about the D. Knowles and his staff have one more year and if we lose to Michigan again I think it will be house cleaning time.
CJ has been great all season and I'm glad I wasn't one of the dicks saying otherwise. The problems are mostly defense. I hope all the cockroaches that said they wished we had JT for this game crawl back into their holes. Our fan base is ridiculous. People said he'd be a bust in the NFL - really?!? As disappointed as I am in the outcome of this season, I am more disappointed by Buckeye nation for how its treated our players this year.

Which OSU player was it that came over to Marv and pushed him down to straighten out his neck/head? That was a smart move and good friend.
I sure hope it's not a herniated disc. Very glad he's at Grady - top notch care.
I think critiquing is fair but the line is crossed when fans start ellaboarting on things like work ethic, heart, desire, connection to teammates, ulterior motives, etc that are out of scope and total conjecture/inner mental dialog of the fan. I mean we have no idea, right? How tf do I know what CJ or whomever really feels? Most days I'm not even sure what I feel or my spouse.
I also feel bad for the kids re: the level of critique off every sentence they say in their press stuff. I mean we all know how it goes - when the wolf pack is down on you, everything you say can be twisted and taken the "wrong way" and these kids being young, emotional...they are easy fodder to pick apart and find fault with. Pump the breaks on reading SOMUCH into what a 19 year old says.
I'm really sad this has been downvoted so far I can't upvote it. Isn't this what the entire "UGA FAN YOUTUBE VIDEO" extraordinary thread is all about with our fans thinking some UGA random fan has "unlocked" our #basic offense?
I have been watching him try to lead from the sideline all season. True Buckeye with a big heart.
Think of the money we could save on coaching staff if we fired them all and just hired this UGA fan!
The Michigan teams Utban played were absolute dog crap. He got handed a GIFT.
