I would be absolutely shocked if Lebron wants his son to play for Holtmann. It is probably the main reason he is not currently committed to OSU.

Through the Lebron James Foundation, the NBA star has made donations worth more than $100 million altogether. He has helped organizations with different purposes to support basic amenities, education, and quality housing. From opening his school to granting I scholarships. Feb 27, 2022
Can someone please advise how I bet $100 on Marvin Harrison Jr winning the Heisman at +5000?
Yeah, Lebron might come to Columbus and donate millions of dollars to kids in need or something. What a scumbag!
Folks downvote literally everything on here lol. Zero sense of humor.
His dad is like a Billionaire, why would he care about NIL?
Random outside the box idea I had about this: Ask Lebron if he wants to take a year off from the NBA to coach OSU for 1 year until Bronny is draft eligible. Fire Holtmann. Lebron and Bronny come to columbus for a year while OSU performs a long term coaching search for the following year. I fully understand this is a ridiculous idea....but....is it? Lebron has said multiple times he wants to play with Bronny 1 year before he retires. This way he could save his legs for a year and then come back to whichever team Bronny is drafted by.
If Wright wanted to continue coaching he wouldn’t have left Nova
Yeah we’re done here, Chris.
People upset he hasn’t made a decision yet: put your phone down and go outside.
On the flip side the OSU OL, especially the backups, have gone up against JJB a bunch of times in practice...
Didn’t Fields wait awhile to announce as well? Seems like the big time high draft pick QBs just hold off a bit so their friends can get some time in the spotlight.
Very reasonable take IMO
During Holtmann’s tenure they have struggled to make the tourney most years. They get in and OSU 1st or 2nd round. At a school like OSU if the goal is to simply make the tourney you’re doing it wrong. And it’s not just the end result, he’s a poor in-game coach. Rarely wins the 2nd half of games against solid opponents.
I’m on mobile too, my phone wouldn’t let me type unexcusable, lol
Sensabaugh is a 1 and done. This team will be mediocre next year as well. It’s year 6, he’s done nothing with this program. Time to move on.
It’s ridiculous because he typed unexcusable, however, why is the idea of moving on from Holtmann ridiculous? It’s year 6 and he’s done nothing with this program.
I get it was a BS call at the end, but should have never been in that position against Minnesota at home to begin with. Also, kinda makes up for the BS game winning shot against Rutgers earlier in the season. Either way, I simply do not understand why OSU cannot do better than Holtmann. Time to move on.
I think it’s more likely someone told him he would get $X and he’s now being told it’s not guaranteed and he’s basically the first ever college football holdout.
It’s like raiiiiiaaaiiiin on your wedding day
Brother, I beg you, grow up
Nah, I am not a real buckeye fan and just a hater
If they were indeed waiting for spring why did they offer multiple OL transfers? It’s ok to admit they just struck out
They need to do whatever they can go get hIm
“USC offered, this one is for your Grandma!”
Who could have possibly seen this coming?
