We're all waking up to a Monday during the offseason. But at least we get to do it together!

Word of the Day: Succor.

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE. Devin Brown has only been at Ohio State for one semester when he should have still been in high school and I can already tell you with confidence that he's going to be an absolute fan favorite – and that's before we even get to his ability to throw a football.

Please just appreciate this glorious #content.

I absolutely love how Twitter slapped that photo with the "The following media includes potentially sensitive content." message as if his thighs were going to ruin some child's innocence or get somebody fired from their office job.

CHANGES COMETH. The NCAA is all three branches of government for college sports (at least for now), and it looks like some changes could be coming to the way the executive wing enforces its rules.

The fact that they felt the need to toss in "penalties for trashing NCAA enforcement in public comments" is a special kind of hilarious that screams Angry Oligarchy Desperately Clinging to Power Slipping From Their Fingers.

However, I do appreciate that it looks like we're moving away from the "punish a bunch of players who had nothing to do with the violation” model of enforcement and passing the buck to the millionaires who should actually shoulder the blame.

CHANGES COMETH. Last week, it took the Pac-12 like seven minutes to formally kill its divisions and move to round-robin schedule starting this season after the NCAA changed its rules.

The Big Ten wasn't exactly that quick, but it sure looks like it's coming – just not this year.

Personally, I'm all for it.

Sure, it might lead to some rematches – maybe even immediately following the first meeting, in Ohio State and Michigan's case – but it would also lead to far more watchable conference championship games across the board if every conference did this.

Plus, the potential of beating Michigan twice in a single season is a way to cut into that all-time series lead with the quickness. Jim Tressel needs to die a happy man, after all.

OFFSEASON, BABY! Folks, the Buckeyes are in full offseason form, trading in their leather balls for some paint-filled high-speed projectiles – but some are rocking an nearly equal amount of padding (looking at you, QB1).

Guess that black jersey is only good for the practice field, huh?

SONG OF THE DAY. "Wildfire" by Seafret.
