How good do we have it? I'm not sure who I would take of these 3. Olave, Garret or Marv. Most may say Olave 3rd... But he just gets open and his speed. You can't lose. And no... We didn't even mention JSN. That 2021 plus the Rose Bowl.
Olave, Wilson, first round 2022, JSN potential first round 2023, Marvin first round lock 2024, Emeka potential first round 2024. Things are looking good for potential recruits wanting to a path to the NFL. Of course will take the ridiculous NIL money being passed around too from other teams, but OSU will still get those high recruits at receiver as long as Hartline is here.
Any time you give a man something he doesn't earn, you cheapen him. Our kids earn what they get, and that includes respect - Woody Hayes
Those two are obviously fantastic WRs but Sauce was the highest graded player at his position per PFF and was also named first-team All-Pro, becoming the first rookie cornerback to achieve the honor since Hall-of-Famer Ronnie Lott... I'd say the others come up a bit short for the overall award but OPOY, absolutely a coin flip between the Buckeyes.
That Tariq Woolen was a draft gem. Drafted out of the UTSA by Seattle in the 5th round and nominated with 4 top eleven picks and a second rounder. My vote would go to Wilson although I want anyone but Hutchinson.
Out of the finalists I think Sauce deserves it. Olave and Wilson can duke it out for Offensive ROY but Sauce was arguably the most shut-down corner in the league this year. Olave and Wilson were exceptional but still not Top 5 at their position.
If I was choosing between our guys I'm giving it to Wilson because of his production in his terrible situation.
To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.
Based on his selection as first team All Pro, I think Sauce Gardner is the most likely winner. He has been a press favorite all year and he was able to back it up with his play on a less than stellar Jets defense.
I love both our WR's who are truly elite and it is almost impossible to decide between Garrett and Chris..... My vote goes to Gardner though....... He was like the 1700 best player coming out of Detroit King H.S...... Man, that guy has HOF written all over him. He is the most perfect CB I have ever seen. May be one of the greatest of all-time.

I'm going with Chris Wilson FTW.
Interesting, I’m going with Garrett Olave…
Amazing company to be compared with. Now they just need a QB worth a dam to throw to them in the future.

Vote Vote Vote, my vote wilson. Hopefully fans don’t split too much between the two to not allow either to win.
Because I couldn't go for three

And... Innis, Rodgers, and Tate waiting in the wings.
CBus love
Impressive showing by these Buckeyes and the B1G.
This is just awesome for both of these guys!
4/6 from the big 10...not bad
Obviously one of them is a lock for OROY, but I feel like this one has to go to Sauce.

Is Co-Rookie of the Year out of the question?
Just play. Have fun. Enjoy the game. -- Michael Jordan
Just think what the numbers could have looked like if they had good quarterbacks.
I bleed Scarlet and Gray
I thought the NFL did offensive and defensive rookies of the year? Is that not the case?
Tough to pick between Sauce, Olave, and Wilson, all 3 really deserve it...
GW may edge them out just knowing how well he produced with the absolute disaster that was the Jets QB situation.
The Excellence of Execution, the Best there is, the Best there was, the Best there ever will be!

Aidan Hutchinson looked worthy of a top 5 selection this year.
