Just counted. Holtmann is 22-21 in January over 6 years and the month is half over…. That’s all I need to see. Don’t even need to discuss tourney results. If you can’t win the games in heart of conference play move on.
Nothing more to really say is there. It’s very apparent what the problem is and what the solution is. Gene, the decision needs to be made and you absolutely know it.

Bench everyone who won't have eligiblity next season and give more minutes to the frosh (though Thornton is already playing more than he can handle). Holden and Key can play, too, since they should be back next season. I guess maybe Brown, too, though I don't know if we are ever going to get much out of him no matter how we use him.
Theres zero flow to our offense. We got a bunch of guys standing around, I just dont get what the game plan is night after night! Nothing changes at all. I could understand a slide for a game or 2 but after that adjusments must be made. Is it all coaching? Lack of player effort? Most likely a combo of both but its getting hard to watch regardless.
