Just read about this on Yahoo Sports. The governor of Georgia has just signed a law allowing a college (University of Georgia, for example) to take up to 75% of the money a player earns from a NIL agreement. The money would be put into a fund and doled out to other athletes at the end of the school year.
What are your thoughts?
Personally, I believe that a player should be allowed to keep 100% of his/her NIL money, after income taxes.
Appreciate anyone who could imbed the article for me. Thanks in advance.
