Have ripped the team enough this month. This Nebraska team LITERALLY looked like an intramural squad at Lifetime Fitness. I'm sorry, but that shit was funny watching. No point in getting angry anymore, it's so ridiculous lol.

Fortunate to have attended numerous other major sporting events in person. - COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYER: 90s - "Gary Berry", lol; 2000s - Teddy Ballgame; 2010s - #Brax #EzE and The PREDATOR; 2020s - Fields

Would've definitely rather played against whoever else ND put at end against us than JBB.
Just because he wasn't Chase, Tyreke, Zach, or JT - the guys he fought for snaps with here, he's definitely someone who can make you pay - and he showed it for the little bit of time he played against Georgia.
He upgrades any team on our schedule. Same can be said for guys like Tyler Friday, Jack Sawyer, etc who also didn't/haven't yet cracked primary DE rotation here - but would upgrade any opponent we have on our schedule.
Well deserved, he's definitely earned the opportunity. Also, Day should feel great about getting to groom and eventually transition play calling to Hart at some point vs. bringing in another major play caller.
There should be no definitive timeline on when that would need to happen, either. Dfinitely want to be careful about nurturing Day's continued growth as HC (which he undoubtedly needs in certain areas) while not immediately pulling the #1 asset/value add he brings to the table - his play calling ability.
He's been stuck in the middle now for a while where his play calling has seen a slight decline, likely due to his need to spend more time during games focusing on game management, situational readiness, and the mess on defense - all of which he needs to spend even more time on in the future. So play calling has to be something he gives up if he truly wants to become an elite HC - but be careful about how he does it, because play calling is what got Ryan Day the job in the first place and what he is a master at.
Man that was all ball on the block, but what a fckin ugly game - dog days of winter are here. Coaches Mic'd up sucked at first, but was really telling in crunch time.
Been like that all season. None of these presses teams have done have been lethal - they all are basic, high-school level pressure. The team just doesn't have any answers for it yet.
Two all-timers to line up at receiver in the Scarlet and Gray
Makes the Purdue loss that much more painful. You were always gonna have games like this with this team this season, so you need to capitalize on the big ones that you have control of. Scouting report is easy for teams too. 2nd half fell apart immediately the moment they started to press us.
These ladies deserve it. Their style of ball is so much fun to watch - they just keep coming at you, regardless of the score.
Something about swirling shit and Jimmy just seems to be a match made in heaven. It's always around him.
It’s ridiculous to watch, honestly. Breaking the press should be textbook at this level
We literally look like a high school team trying to break a press this season. I don’t think Purdue has pressed anybody all season - the scouting report is out. They have to get this fixed because teams are going to continue to press them.
I used to work in an office on Lyman Drive years ago.
Longform Ramzy is the satisfaction drip to get us through what will be a long offseason.
There's been over 16 thousand individual donations since I opened the page 40min ago. Remarkable
There was just over 10 thousand dollars raised on the gofundme, before his injury tonight. Incredible
I went to the link about 30-40 minutes ago. I just refreshed it, and the total is up over 190,000 dollars from 30 minutes ago. It doesn't even seem real but true story
CJ played the game of his life. Can't take that away from him.
This one will hurt for a long LONG time. Absolutely heartbreaking.
What sucks so bad is that Ohio State deserved the win. Against all the odds, we had the game won.
30 more minutes to dig deep. You can slay this giant!

If Day dictates the pace from the onset of the game, Ohio State has all the tools to control this game. But it can't wait to react. It has to be the aggressor. Georgia's defense can be had. Feed it dose after dose of Marvin, Emeka, and our TOP weapons until Georgia chokes on it. And then feed them some more!
I love them, but don't let Georgia's defense off the hook by giving the Mitch Rossi's and Xavier Johnson's touches here and there. The hell with pre-snap reads - FORCE Georgia to stop our top weapons whether their in the right coverage or not. I don't think Georgia can stop our top guys for 60min - so feed them. There is no tomorrow.
“I feel like I had a great three weeks of practice,” Jones said. “I feel good. And I’m gonna leave it all on the field.”
Let's hope his all is good enough. He, Luke, and Donovan are prime targets for Georgia to exploit - so the pressure is on.
Agreed. The next 12mo is going to be a critical time for the conference commish - whoever it is. So much stuff being closed out as a conference ahead of the 2024 season, it all needs to be flawlessly executed by whoever is steering the ship.
Won't be sad to see him go if it happens - though I would want to ensure a seamless transition and no risk at all to the pending conference expansion, whatever that expansion may be (even whatever is cooking and not reported). Just get us to 2024 in a strong and healthy position to complete the new school additions, the mega TV deal, and CFP expansion. He failed miserably with the pandemic, but was finally earning his paycheck with the expansion and TV deals. Divvying out the TV rights the way it reads was a lucrative power play.
I am not aware of anything like that.
