I kind of agree with you with a caveat. 1st down in the 4thQ up by 11, why are we not playing a safety deep to help the corner with their fastest WR? I hate the play calling in that situation. Don't play too conservative but at least make them work for the TD.

Kind of the same deal with the TTUN game. Why gamble so much? We weren't getting dominated what so ever in either game.

I agree some with the concern. Against UNC Key seemed to be super gassed. As stated below however, the rest of the conference is in the same boat with their schedules.

A couple more fun cupcakes at home before the New Year and games that matter start. I'm still excited for this group overall. Sensabaugh is a beast but we need Likekele back for more depth in the back court and handling the ball.

I've seen commentary as early as late round 1 if he blows up at the combine, like he very well could, to late 3rd. Zach has been a great ambassador at his home town university. Only hope he goes to a team I will root for.

I like that call but I think the youngster and local Pickerington product Sonny Styles might have an opportunity to show something. I would guess it all depends on the lead up to the game and how each player responds during practice.

HS football talent in Indiana is a lot better than it ever used to be. Schools from the northern outskirts of Chicago and all of the huge schools near Indianapolis put out some pretty good talent. Indiana just isn’t known for football like the great state of Ohio.

Do you recall how thin Garrett Wilson was coming to Ohio State? No doubt a good nutrition program and Mick’s dojo will do wonders for him. Being thin at WR isn’t that big of deal anyhow.

I'm not so sure. As another poster and other media types have speculated JSN possibly didn't come to play school after his injury. I don't hate him for it either honestly. He will be paid first round money, IMO. Why risk it?

100% agree on being too tense. It starts with Day and trickles down. Think of how tense he was just before and during the entire TTUN week. That's the way it felt like the team played as well. Just doing what they could not to lose and not playing freely, having fun, to win. Football is a game, have fun and win!

“Reports” are that’s incorrect. It’s been suspected he has a knee issue after Iowa. No clue the real deal though. Just all speculation.

They might try to be buttoned up about it but with press availability and everything else that goes into bowl  preparation it won’t be a secret for long.
