Yes, he was a generational WR.  Too big and strong to even attempt to jam at the line with legit 4.4 speed.   He would dominate in any era.

He was also his own worst enemy.  Bad decisions, drugs (Steroids) and alcohol derailed what could have been a special career.

3 interior lineman and one project tackle on a team with one possible tackle.  Its not his fault with regards to the lack of depth, but the misses in the transfer portal have to be head scratching.  There is a starting spot, maybe 2, just waiting there.

Spoiled fans think its a birthright that Day will have them in the playoffs again and again.  Its hard no doubt.  My fear is that he missed his window for a title - he cannot keep blowing these chances.  And now there is a very real possibility that they are looking at a 3rd place finish in their division, as penn state is going to be pretty loaded next year.  We will see what happens.  All i know is that UGA's schedule is dogshit so they will pretty much be secured a spot in the SEC title game, at the least.

He's been coaching for 30 years.  There isn't any waking that dog up.  Possibly one of the reasons Ryan Day is going to stop calling the offense.  Hopefully he can force the riverboat gambler to know when to hold them.

He clearly launched in an upward manner to hit the neck and head area. In the NFL its a personal foul all day.  But in college who knows what it is anymore.

The college rule needs to be revamped yesterday if the goal is truly to protect players.

Case in point:  Joey Bosa gets ejected for a glorified shove to Kizer's chest because he lowered his head.  But a hit like MJH or even the one in the TCU-Michigan game is clean?  No logic.

Love Cade, but this year is absolutely stacked with TEs in the draft.  Coming back is wise on many levels.  He absolutely would not jump Washington, Kincaid, or Mayer in the draft.  And there are several more that could have gone before him.

Work on blocking technique and he could be a solid 2nd-3rd round pick in 2024.  Huge bonus.  I think he was playing through a lot of injuries late this year.  Just recall the shots he took in some earlier games...they add up.

They didn't pass much, but when they did, they attacked him.  He gave up passes of over 40 yards in 2nd quarter, over 30 yards in the 3rd, was beat bad on what could have been a 40+ yard completion in the 4thQ before committing DPI inside the 5 yard line when the score was 28-20.

Yes, he was carved up.  They only passed for 145 yards, the majority was to his side of the field.

Don't waste your breath.  He is back on an anti-Tressel tirade for no reason right now because he has a personal axe that he has been griding for years, which has nothing to do with a walk on punter leaving.
