Love it.  Breakout season coming.  Full year to get healthy and learn the new system.. S spot & depth starting to look good. 

Panthers wouldn’t be the worst option for CJ.  They’ve got some good players and with a good draft and free agency, could be pretty good with him.  That division isn’t great.  Panthers finished 7-10 with 3 different starting QBs (Mayfield, PJ Walker and Darnold lol) and 3 of those Ls came by 2, 3 and 3 in OT.  A few plays away from being a playoff team.  Not really sure what they’re losing in FA tho. 

Not sure how I feel about their rankings.  It’s cool when they rank Buckeye players high but they just seem to be off the consensus by a wide margin on a lot of players.  They rank Noah Rogers as a 5* #3 WR yet somehow have Inniss ranked as the 16th! Best WR. Hmm.

Good, knew he’d come back.  Move him to C.  That problem would be solved.  Think with all his experience and being a former highly rated C that position would fit him best.  Plus boost his draft stock having that flex ability.  Now wonder if Jackson will stay at G or slide to T.  If he moves to T we can insert Tegra in the inside.  Whatever the case, we need our starting OL esp the Ts to stay healthy next year.  

Meechie would’ve been nice to have on the roster still!  Just dropped 26-6-6 as South Carolina upsets UK tonight.  Had 25 in another game.  Pretty sure he started the first 5 games in single figures but has since scored double digits in every game after. 

Won’t ever be a rout like that again, but there will still be blowouts.  Esp if a random team like TCU gets hot and makes it to the title game Vs a juggernaut.  Will be interesting to see if they take away a game or two from the regular season.  UGA last year would have to play 17 games to win the title since they didn’t win their Conf title gm and wouldn’t get that bye.  I feel like whoever makes it to the title game in the future will be battered with some injuries that could help swing the game one way or another.  Will be interesting to see what happens.  

Had a feeling he’d go.  One of the best Cs in CFB.  This OL worries me next year.  Hopefully some of these dudes we haven’t seen or heard much about have some breakout years next season and stay healthy.  May have to start Brown at QB solely for his mobility 

Oof may lose both Abor and Jackson huh?  Fawk.  Jackson’s scrubbed tOSU info off like others stated and his IG story just says “will be respected very soon” with a peace emoji.

Even Bamas class last year had a higher average  player rating than that A&M class at over 95 per.  Their average rating now is = to A&Ms from last year (94.90). 12 5* players for Bama the last two years & 30 recruits combined in the top 100 overall of those two classes.  Just on another level.

 tOSU for comparison in the last two classes, 3 total 5*s (247 comp) and 14 top 100 players. 

They just landed a Coastal Carolina transfer ‘backer now too. In two seasons there: 79 TKL, 16 sacks, 25.5 TFL, 4 FF

We’d still finish 3rd at worst in average player rating so it’ll be a great class regardless just wouldn’t have the same amount of commits as the others ahead of us to prop up the overall ranking.

Where at in Iowa?

Funny thing is they have Minny & Neb left.  Win out and assuming the Illini take another L to UM next weekend, Iowa is the West champs and going to Indy.  If Iowa drops one of them games, Purdue will be the West representative as I don’t see them losing to NW or IU. 

If we weren’t top 10 something would have went terribly wrong.  Best offense we’ve faced this season has been Toledo who sits at 68th in total O.  Wisconsin, checking in at 77th would be the 2nd best O we’ve faced in terms of YPG. Now we get Iowa who’s dead last.

Bamas last 6 games of last year against P5:  6,7,2 pt wins, L in the title game.  (Plus a L to Jimbo earlier)

So far this season only playing five Power 5 games: 1 point win vs Texas, 4 pt win over TAMU, L to Tennessee.  
 

Wouldn’t say he’s washed but Bama is the most beatable they’ve been in years.
