Five and half years into the rebuild... Feels more like a pattern to me.

Flipping between the finish in Piscataway and Orchard Park. Jersey Mike's Arena was hopping, and Rutgers wanted this one. Understand the officiating fell short in some hot moments, but the Scarlet Knights earned this. Sure looks like two programs going in opposite directions. I'm not sure where Holtmann and company go from here, or I'm afraid to accept it.

I've had to keep distance from a commentary standpoint since late November, and the current hoops season isnt...you get the point. I joined 11W as a fan first, and still think of myself as such - with added responsibilities now. It's cliché to reference the 90's, but it's my reference point - I'd have been booted from 11W in short order those days. Not saying wisdom comes with age (because my wife has a vast array of opinions there), but I can at least share the perspective. Look at the big picture - especially the last 20 years. It hasn't always been pretty, but there have been some great moments no one can ever take away from we Buckeyes. Step away, take a minute, rise above. To paraphrase Gunny Highway: "Don't give the prick(s) the satisfaction"... There's no offseason to fear, September 2nd will be here soon enough. Go Buckeyes.
