I rewatched the game today, and Jacy Sheldon was definitely NOT wearing the walking boot. I would not be surprised to see her against Iowa. On the other hand Cotie McMahon was noticeably limping. Remember the ankle problem from the previous game?

Try watching the LadyBuckeyes. They lost two of their top players, one, maybe their best player, and keep right on going. They are like energizer bunnies zipping up and down the floor, never slowing down, and never say die. They came from 17 down in the 3rd quarter on Sunday to tie the game by the end of the 3rd, to win 87-81. They press from end to end, and force the action leading to turnovers and steals. Never a dull moment with these ladies. They are so much fun to watch.

The good news on Jacy is that she has been walking on the boot without crutches for the last two games. Prior to that she was using crutches for over a month, putting no weight on the boot.

Unbelievable comeback against a very good team. Damn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead.

We are seeing how much Lacy Sheldon means to this team. The only way we win this game is if Mikele and the Big M go off similar to the Rutgers game.

NPB, do you know anything about Lacy Sheldon's situation. She was on crutches tonight, not putting any weight on the injured leg, even though she is also wearing that tall boot. They will not come anywhere near their goals without her. Playing the way they are now, I don't think they will win at USF. USF is much better than Albany, and probably MSU also.
