Oof Johnny. Maybe the 11w staff should have a policy against posting anything 24 hrs after a loss. Knowles has a long history of great defenses and we've missed on a lot of recruits including this year. You can't say this defense isn't way better than last year. I'd hold off on the doom till next year.

This actually made me Guffaw.  I haven't Guffaw'd in a while.

The transfer portal is why the NIL deal stuff is complicated.  How to convince a business to toss money into something where someone can just leave whenever they want?  Large national brands aren't going to pay a college kid a lot of money outside of maybe 10-15 kids whose names are recognized, most of them aren't.  So then you go to local businesses, whose deal makes no sense if the kid moves from there to another college in another state.

Looks to me like cancer fucked up.  It picked a strong positive person like Avery who happens to be at a school with one of the best cancer institutes in the world.  Gonna be a reckoning.

That's why everyone flinches when comparisons to cooper start creeping up with Ryan Day. Cooper recruited really well. Cooper won a lot of games. Cooper lost a lot of games that mattered.

No disrespect to those amazing athletes, but what national awards equivalent or more to those four did they win?  Gold medals?  National championships?  World championships?  If any women deserve it would be some of the ones from our synch swim team or hockey team since they've won an NC while they were there, but this is a rushmore, meaning their achievements need to be at a similar level or higher. I'm not saying there aren't women that have met that, nor am I knocking down the excellent work those two have put into their teams and individual sport, but those two have not met the above criteria at all.

Wonder when they sold out? Was it right away or did the sell them to the secondary market before public could bother? Still salty I couldn't get my daughter's swift tickets.

So all 118 or whatever schools go from a 12 game season to a ten game season while 12 teams get that additional revenue from the playoffs? There is no way all those schools are willing to give up two games of revenue.
