If Iowa can use 3 and 4 stars and achieve the results they did. Just adopt their defense and with 4 and 5 star players you should have the best defense in the nation easily.

Gladly trade 2 points down low instead of a 3. Just like at the end of a game when a team needs a 3 to tie, go ahead and foul. 2 free throws can't tie the game. Same scenario for 3 to win as long as you are up 2 go ahead and foul if there will be a few seconds left for you to get a shot. Better to be tied and go to O.T. than lose on a three by one point IMHO.

Why did we bring in the 2 6'9" guys and use a scholarship and never play them at all. Seems like a "BIG" waste. Even a min. or 2 just to lean on the big guy and provide a brief rest for our big might help. Making 2 FT's would be better than giving up 13 3's.

13/31 3's to 6/14 for OSU. That says it all. With all the shooters we have you have to shoot more than 14 in a game, PERIOD!!!

Where are all the people who said they wouldn't be any good with so many freshmen. I still stand behind my much earlier prediction that this team would be better than last years team based on the freshmen. I also said that BS would be the best player on the team. So far, so good!!!

It's really pretty simple, if we don't spend the money we will keep missing on the 5 star players. Sure we have more than the teams in the conference, but look at Bama and Georgia and maybe even USC ( with new coach LR ) and how often we loose the battle with Bama and Georgia.

I totally agree with you. You can't show what you can do till you are given the chance. Just ask the 3rd 4th and 5th running backs about the chance to play with the first team and what a difference it makes.

Still hard to believe that he chose not to guard either of the inbound passes.
 

This will help out after missing on all the 5 star players. They all seem to not be very interested in a soft team who has lost to TTUN 2 years in a row. Makes it tougher to recruit when you can't beat your biggest rival. Way it's trending they won't land any of the DE's that they targeted. I hope I am wrong.

Maybe  now, after only a few games some of the detractors of the freshmen being able to make this team better than last years team may finally agree with my comments b4 the season started that they were going to make this years team better than last years. They will only get better the more they play together. Side note: If you doubled the minutes played for Brice he would be averaging 28 Points per game.

We are going to need a better NIL package if we don't want to keep losing out on the 5 stars. It seems to be happening a lot this year. Carter will more than likely sign with the "Mo Money Tide".
