Nice, lol. Just don't call me late for dinner. And don't be late with LeBron's cash. ;)

How much is his and how much is donors giving to the foundation that is then donated on his behalf? I'm not saying LeBron doesn't give some money but I'm saying I bet the majority is not his money. The power isn't in one person writing one check, one time (there are some exceptions, think old money endowments) but many people writing many checks many times. Either case I believe it's generally for good causes.
^^^^^ 4 star player at that.
Yep. Some just DV names. Some serially DV without reading. Hence we get DVs for cancer encouragement. Not me bro, i serially UV, I just hope karma comes sooner rather than later for the cancer DVers.
donate millions of dollars
He won't donate millions but he could get others or taxpayers to pony up millions. Either way it's for a good cause (no sarcasm intended).
Coach K, "Really you don't care if you come off the bench?"
LeBron, "Naw coach I'm about that gold."
K, "Ok then Tayshaun Prince will start."
LeBron, "Fine."
So you feel his 4 star rating is based on his name and not his play? What rating would you give an average player? 3? 2? What's the scale/comparison you're using for average? I think a 3 star is above average, probably a 2 star is above average in most high school sports. Most high schoolers don't even get 1 star. He's more than an average player. I'm not saying he's a superstar but he's much more than average.
Yeah that's out of the box, park, World... But it was fun to read and think about. +1
Why does Jeff Bezos care about making more money? The rich always care about money.
Neither does LeBron but he's getting every cent he can from the Lakers. Meanwhile they can't field a competitive team because they can't pay other players. Kobe did the same, he got his rings then wrung out every coin he could from LA.
It's not a matter of need but a matter of greed.
LOL. But the best takes are right after a Buckeye loss.
You could be right. But my experience is the rich get richer and it's never enough. Route Man Marv Dad has money but he also knows his son's value increases being at OSU. If NIL had been more of a thing 2 years ago, who knows where Junior would have ended up? To be honest I'm surprised OSU kept Tate and Innis. But they can sell the WR brand better than anyone by just looking at the NFL. The smart ones play the long game.
Bronny surly doesn't need the money but he's already making money from his name. So, ipso facto, he'll continue trading on his name-fame to make more money. His own money that he controls.
We'll see. +1 Darksun
I think he stays on West Coast. Oregon...Nike...NIL. Already getting paid but there's always more room for more money. I wish him the best, it's tough being the son a superstar especially in the same sport. Comparisons go on forever. Unfairly I might but it's the price of being the kid a famous athlete.
Can't say I disagree.
OSU going to need him to step up big next season. He probably should have started a couple games last year to let dudes heal.
Can we just fast forward to Spring now?
The unintended consequences are always the downfall of a many great idea. NIL is Pandora's box blasted to pieces. CFB as we have known it is dead. Not sure it will ever be the same. The players deserve, have earned, the right to be compensated no doubt. I'm just lamenting days gone by....a simpler, less stress time.
Yep Day has been through it. But losing UM will do that to you. He could look a lot worse next November. I assume UM will be favored in their house. Can he survive a 3rd straight loss? I don't know, for his sake and ours I hope he gets that W in Ann Arbor.
Cost nothing to vacate. But suspending before bowl game would have cost millions. TV gotta get their money.
Im pretty sure the key to winning is scoring more than the other team.
Holtmann, "Got anymore of them scoring plays?"
Competition is a good thing. Earn it not given it.
Good thing it wasn't the ref from the Bucs that confronted Bosa. Or the ref from the phantom block in back by Sanzenbacher on boom's 99 yd TD run v UM
All up to the Oline and the defense getting stops.
Those people have taken one too many balls to the head ala Ed Warinner.
