Knowles, Walton, and Eliano need to step it up and take a couple of good defensive backs in the portal.

If Ohio State cannot beat Nebraska, they should just forfeit the rest of the rest of the season. Ohio State will win this game easily.
Odds are that Day will lose this year in AA. So, he becomes 1-3 in 2023. Does OSU can him or give him one more year?
I may be in the minority, but I was hoping to see him go. He’s not a great coach, but his brother is supplying him with NFL assistants, which is causing the team to play much better.
Unless there are a plethora of injuries in key positions for SCUM, I see Ryan Day going 1-3 against them.
I would rather add Clemson than any of those teams.
Good riddance. This guy had no business being the Big 10 commissioner. Ninety percent of the people on this board could have done a better job than Warren.
I wish that OSU could have cloned the Bosa brothers and Chase Young. That trio always showed up for all four quarters of a big game. In 2022, the defensive line quit against SCUM and GA in the fourth quarter.
Knowles does not seem to be an ace recruiter. Based upon what I read, the only 2023 recruit that he played a role in recruiting is a linebacker from Cleveland Glenville.
It appears that Hartline and Day are the only good recruiters on the OSU staff.
Inniss, if he stays healthy, is going to be a superstar at OSU!
He has a 2-1 record against Ryan Day. He is winning now because his brother supplies him with assistants from the NFL. He may keep on winning. I personally hope that Harbaugh is in the NFL and SCUM replaces him with RichRod 2 or Hoke 2.
I read on another site that Harbaugh lied to NCAA investigators. If this is true, Jim Tressel was accused of the same thing and was forced to resign. Will Harbaugh be fired or forced out?
We won’t bounce if his brother keeps sending assistants from the NFL and Day does not match him.
I hope that he moves on to the NFL. Ryan Day cannot seem to beat him anymore. Maybe, we will get lucky and SCUM hires RichRod 2?
Noah Ruggles should have been placed in this situation. The fault for the loss falls upon Ryan Day, Jim Knowles and the defense. In the fourth quarter, the defense disappeared for the second straight game and could not hold the lead. Then, with 1st and 10 at the 33, Day makes some bad calls.
Great job throughout your career at OSU, Noah!
Five years ago, some OSU partisans were calling the Buckeyes DBU. Now, we are far away from that distinction.
Gene Smith needs to cut some of the non-revenue sports. Sorry, but Ohio State does not need rowing teams.
Special teams play is lackluster and has been so all season. They are typically good at preventing the other team from returning kickoffs and punts for long returns. However, no returns for TDs on the Buckeye side and this team rarely tries to block a punt.
On the Parking Fleming hire, Ryan Dyan did not follow the Woody Hayes philosophy “ You win with people.” Fleming was the easy hire, rather than the best hire.
Meanwhile, OSU has two to its rival. Part of the reason is that Booger Jim is getting much assistance from his brother in bringing in assistants from the NFL.
Landing some top notch cornerbacks should be a top priority. The secondary practically won the SCUM game in 2016 for the Buckeyes. After those guys went to the NFL, the recruiting of secondary talent became lackluster. We are seeing wide receivers left wide open on a regular basis( they even left a Toledo receiver wide open), too many pass interference penalties, and missed tackles.
The story mentions Jim Knowles recruiting a linebacker. So far, we cannot include him as a stellar recruiter. It seems that the Buckeyes have only two great recruiters on staff: Hartline and Day.
The defense quit again in the fourth quarter. JTT, Sawyer, Mike Hall, Harrison, Williams and Friday all disappeared, Then, Knowles goes man to man and it results in wide open receivers. Knowles is vastly overpaid. In addition, are the defensive linemen poorly conditioned?
Great job, CJ! You and Marvin were absolute warriors last night!
Guys these days quit too easily and don’t like competition. I know that he received a lot of criticism from the TTUN game, but he was not the cause of losing the game. OSU’s defense quitting in the 4th quarter cost the Buckeyes the game.
The grass is not always greener elsewhere. Some portal transfer guys have found this to be true.
I would rather lose to Georgia than SCUM any day. Kudos to CJ and the offense for never quitting.
Maurice Clarett is correct. The defense just quit in the fourth quarter again. The pass defense is horrid and JTT, Sawyer and Hall went MIA when they needed to step up. Is the defensive line poorly conditioned? The secondary stinks. The play of the secondary is on Knowles, Eliano and Walton. They need to get their asses out there and get some cornerbacks from the portal.
One more year of this shit show from the secondary should be cause for Knowles, Eliano and Walton need to be canned.
Iowa has a better defense despite vastly inferior talent. There’s no excuse for Ohio State not being able to hold a double digit lead with eight minutes to go in the fourth quarter. The $2.1 million paid to Jim Knowles has been a waste.
It is always great to see SCUM lose I hate that football program and never wish them well.
Nike NIL BS.
