We all watched him for 2 seasons. It was clearly the outlier…. They aren’t going to throw away every other game just because he ran a few times in the last game.

This feels like when they SHOULD have moved on from Matta. He got an extra few years and completely screwed the program. He couldn’t leave his office to recruit and couldn’t get 12 scholarship players on the roster

When you compare 5 QBs and they are ALL finalists, it's less important in that specific discussion. That is Stroud's biggest accomplishment, so if McCord does it next year, then Brown the year after and both beat UM, who is the worst QB in that discussion looking back?

Naming former players with a coaching background, to be fair. Scoonie makes a lot of sense. He was director of player personnel at OSU and is now an assistant coach for the Grizzlies, in his third year. He might not be the BEST option, but he certainly is an option. And one that some fans would get excited about on name alone

Two big upgrades, that all fans wanted to see. Schwartz LOVES elite DTs, and is top 10 in playing man to man on the back end. Letting the 3 corners play their best style is something most fans have been calling for

Big fan of this move. Anybody who thought Day was going to throw his hands up and walk away from the offense was kidding themselves. He will be heavily involved in the game planning, and I am certain Hartline has been leading up to this moment.

Hartline preaches blocking for the WRs, and has been in an NFL environment. He knows the keys to success and I hope he can implement them for our Buckeyes
