Powers didn't lose his black stripe until bowl practice. I don't see him being a big factor next year. Melton was doing well at the Jack spot before his injury. As many have pointed out above Sawyer may have outgrown the Jack an be better suited as DE. 

I am amazed at those who have strong optimism about next year. Question marks at QB, OL. DBs, defense in general, maybe anew play caller/OC. What could go wrong?

I like the idea of Frye & Hartline as Co's. Let Hartline learn the ropes and then take over when/if Frye gets the CG spot somewhere.

Best thing about Smith's commitment is he chose the Bucks over teams that didn't include Alabama & Georgia. I am assuming he didn't have interest in them at all and therefore it seems like a flip is less likely than it would be if they were included.
