Pure Michigan 

I can’t help my but expect perfection every year. I am going to try really hard moving forward to just enjoy the ups and downs of the season week to week. The reality is we are half a step behind the champs most years. I know we almost beat Georgia this year. Sure we might make the playoff next year and will probably always be in the 12 team playoff every year but this was our one legitimate shot for a while. I think we won in 2014 because the coaches let it all hang out. If  Urban would have called a really tight game like he usually did in big games we would have lost to Bama. We won because the players and coaches let it all hang out. We almost won against Georgia because they let it all hang out. Hopefully Day moving forward in big games just lets it rip. 

Best arm in the draft. 

There’s a fine line between getting kids experience and setting them up for failure before they are ready. We don’t want to blow their confidence if they aren’t ready for the big stage especially the freshman. 

I feel sorry for the victim’s family and loved ones. 

The difference is the players are on Twitter and not on Internet forums. 

I think as long as it stays on Internet forums it’s fine as  long as folks are just venting. It crosses the line when so-called fans get on these kids twitter or whatever they use now. I remember Ryan Hamby received multiple death threats after he dropped a pass against Texas. Most of this stuff is armchair quarterback, armchair coach, armchair agent, and armchair NIL. If any of us had a clue we wouldn’t be making comments on Internet forums.  I think booing the players at home games would be more damaging to the program. 

Jacksonville has time for a couple more turnovers before halftime. 
 

Urban’s fault

Most freshman don’t produce so maybe the smart money is to recruit sophomores in the portal. 

He already bought his mom a house. Maybe he wants a degree. Maybe he wants to prove his college football doubters wrong. Maybe he wants another year. 3 year starters are more successful in the pros. He’s driven by the doubters. Tell him he can’t do something and he wants to prove you wrong. He is a different cat in a lot of ways but the odds are he’s gone. I won’t be surprised if he comes back. I had the same feeling about Olave. 

I wish him the best moving forward. Do we need to worry about playbooks and hand signals and all that stuff with transfers or is there some unspoken code with formers players?

He should be a good one. 

I would fire Holtmann if he was one of Knowles assiastants. He’s been here more than a few years now so I think the AD is happy with him because it’s round ball and not football.

Qb1 will fine. Knowles and Frye will have to earn their money next season. 

Maybe he’s a different kind of dude. Olave came back after he was a projected first rounder. I for whatever he wants. He’s earned it either way. 

Our starting line should be fine. The backups every year are a question mark until they get put into a game. There will probably be a few growing pains in the first couple games. We have to remember this is Frye’s second year. He made noticeable improvements in year 1. 

I think this was our year to win a title. Are we the next Georgia? Maybe, maybe not. A lot of things have to come together to win a title. We have the talent every year to win a title but so do 3 or 4 other schools. 

I’m happy for him. He’s one of my favorite buckeyes of all time. He’s gonna be a great pro. I was sold on him when I seen his high school basketball highlights. 

The Avery Henry situation is heart breaking. The kid worked his ass off to get to Ohio State I hope and pray that he can beat this cancer. Qb should be the least of our worries. Missing on 4 Offensive Lineman in the portal has me a touch concerned. Do we lack the numbers in the O line room or are some guys underperforming? In the past we reloaded on the offensive line. I guess it could be with the portal if there are better guys available you have to take a shot cause everyone else is.
