Glad to see the women doing well. Such a stark contrast in performance from the mens squad.

I'd contend that the Indians 60's & 70's (and 80's) swoons weren't limited to June.
Its the Guardians now.
It wasn't in the 60's & 70's...
Good memory!
The only two true freshmen OL in OSU history to start are Orlando Pace and Michael Jordan. Montgomery can be a great one but he is very likely not one of those two.
I am also 3 Four Lokkos deep right now.
Want someone to call 911 for you?
July 1, 2023 for Fox and NBC. I think CBS picks up in 2024 when the SEC drops off.
EDIT: The B1G and SEC will share CBS in 2023
NBC does a good job with their Notre Dame broadcasts as well.
Good lord have you ever played football?
Hi there! I played high school and college ball and coach high school now.
You have no clue why he was excused from the Spring. My guess is that if he was excused and allowed to come back that the reason was valid. You wouldn't be speaking any of this nonsense if he hit the FG to beat Georgia.
I don't think anyone wants Day and the program to "overreact." A better choice of words on coach's part probably would have sufficed.
“We're not gonna overreact. As much that (Michigan) loss hurts, we're not gonna overreact on it. It's not worth it,”
I get what Day is trying to convey but that statement reeks of the Cooper years.
the Reds go out there and play the Dodgers, Padres, Giants and usually win about 1 or 2 games out of 10.
That's more because the Reds are not a good baseball team.
I think adding Stanford forces Notre Dame's hand. The Irish would have their annual (national) rivals USC and Stanford in the B1G, built in traditional rivalries with Michigan, Purdue, and Michigan State, then big name games with UCLA, Ohio State, Penn State, and Nebraska.
Maryland's situation was twofold: They were in debt but they also had a lot of animosity toward the ACC. If the B1G had offered Maryland the same amount of money as the ACC, they might have left anyway.
Great analysis! While not as good as 2021, the fact that the Bulldogs' 2022 defense is still top tier is a credit to Smart and Lanning.
Carter is a monster who allows the rest of the Georgia defense to flow free and play fast. If I am Coaches Day & Frye, I am selling out to account for #88.
Okay then. How would you address the issue?
These problems can easily be addressed within a month. You seem to think Ohio State has a talent issue given your repeated references to 5-star players. The issue is schematic and can be rectified if the coaching staff is accepting of the situation and willing to make adjustments that may be outside their comfort zone.
I think people forget how amazingly talented Miami was in the early 00's and the amount of talent they put in the league. Georgia is a really good team but Miami was generational.
Let's see where the rumors regarding a new, domed stadium for the Browns lead. If that happens, I see Ohio State playing in Cleveland if they don't play outdoors in Columbus.
Unfortunately, the Club Football team's quest for a three-peat ended in defeat. After leading the entire first half and into the third quarter, the Buckeyes fell behind and couldn't recover. Gordon State went on to win 35-15.
Apparently, Gordon State is only using club football as a transitional phase until they go NAIA in 2024. They had a considerable resource advantage and a running back who apparently was committed to Georgia before he was declared academically ineligible.
Abuse of power!
The big thing in today's game is not huddling. This requires the offense to either use sideline signs or a series of cadences, both of which have patterns that can be picked up on by an intelligent player or coach. I coach high school ball and our offense actually has a rotation of calls for each quarter just in case the defense figures us out.
